Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-line support for enterprise applications, efficiently resolving incidents and service requests to enhance user satisfaction. The Application Support Technician will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, leveraging their working knowledge of C#, .NET, and Python. Maintaining and updating comprehensive application documentation is also an essential part of the role, including detailed support procedures and knowledge base articles, to support operational efficiency. Assisting with application deployments, upgrades, and patching, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services is another key responsibility. Utilizing REST APIs to facilitate application integration and automate workflows, improving process efficiency is also a significant part of the job.
