Customer Success Sr Analyst We are seeking a Customer Success Sr Analyst to join our Cargo team. You will support sales strategies to maximize value for partners across 9 countries. - Apply growth strategies to increase order potential of small and medium-sized allies. - Manage the collections cycle, including settlement, invoicing, and collections. - Achieve targets for quality metrics. - Identify process improvements and propose solutions. - Implement growth campaigns and consult with partners. - Communicate partner feedback and market needs for product development. - Design analytics sharing methods, dashboards, and templates for external presentations. Requirements: - 3-6 years of experience in analytical roles within tech or logistics. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field. - Strong stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English or Portuguese. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop action plans. - Data storytelling and presentation skills. - Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude. - Intermediate or advanced Excel and SQL skills.
