Transforming the Future of Education About this Role We are seeking an exceptional Trainer Manager to lead our team of trainers and drive the delivery of high-quality lessons on a global scale. Key Responsibilities - Manage a team of approximately 50 trainers based around the world, ensuring consistent and high-quality lesson delivery on a mass scale. - Oversee trainer compliance with internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to optimize performance. - Take the lead in recruitment activities, including selecting and developing new trainers to join the team. - Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions to issues that may arise and ensure seamless collaboration. - Conduct quarterly performance reviews of trainers to assess their progress and growth. Requirements - A minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in an educational setting. - Bilingual English fluency, with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - The ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes, as well as multitasking and working under pressure. - Prior experience in teaching or training is highly valued, as well as experience in multicultural environments. - A Bachelor's or College degree is required, with relevant qualifications a plus.
