We are looking for experienced recruiters in recurrent hiring in the BPO Industry to meet the hiring goals by filling the broad positions with the best and qualified candidates and promote a pleasant experience in the process. Job Duties: Talent Sourcing: Be proactive in end-to-end sourcing efforts on all approved sourcing platforms. Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements, post advertisements in a variety of media, list-serves, trade publications, networks, etc Recommend creative and alternative advertising venues and strategies. Track applicant flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data. Develop and maintain a network of recruiters, contacts and candidates via proactive use of social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc). Maintain and manage all communication channels used for recruitment. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone and video screenings Partake in Interview and Selection Processes Complete Reference and background checks Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer Stay well-informed of recruiting trends and best practice Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field Has minimum 6+months recruiting experience (BPO/KPO experience preferred) Can represent OfficePartners360 with utmost professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written. Ability to manage a wide range of relationships and work cooperatively with others. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Highly skilled in sourcing with creative and technical expertise is preferred. Familiar with sourcing methods, interview techniques and applicant screening methods. ATS knowledge is a Plus. Experienced in high volume hiring, preferred. Must be flexible with shift schedules.
