As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. You will also maintain a clean and up-to-date database of applicants and ensure clear communication with candidates and clients. - Call upon applicants daily. - Screen, interview, and qualify potential applicants. - Use independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent our client - Match the best candidates with client expectations and requirements. - Present qualified candidates to clients for approval. - Train, orient, and instruct candidates on CCS' policies and expectations. - Supervise and evaluate candidate performance through follow-up and quality control checks. - Maintain a clean and up-to-date applicant database. - Keep accurate records of applicant interactions and statuses.
