Customer Support Representative Company : One Hour San Diego Type: Full-Time, Remote Work hours: 2pm-10pm PT (Ideal for candidates in LATAM) Compensation: $1,000 USD/month ​​​​​​ About the Company: One Hour San Diego is a fast-growing HVAC company serving residential customers across San Diego County. Known for fast service and high-touch support, we’re building a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented customer experience team to replace a costly call center with something more personal and effective. What You’ll Do: Answer inbound customer calls quickly and professionally Book jobs, create work orders, and manage appointments using Service Titan Make outbound follow-ups during downtime to warm leads Assist with scheduling and dispatching technicians in real time Ensure customer issues are handled efficiently and logged accurately Collaborate with your fellow CSR on the opposite shift for smooth handoffs What We’re Looking For: 1+ year in a customer support, dispatcher, or call center role Clear and neutral English accent with excellent verbal communication Experience with Service Titan (preferred, but not required) Strong time management and multitasking abilities Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet work environment Commitment to covering your assigned shift consistently Bonus If You Have: Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service businesses Familiarity with CRMs or job scheduling platforms Previous work in U.S.-based customer service environments
