As a key member of our team, the Assoc Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting business operations by providing analytical and specialized administrative support to executive, administrative, and line and staff managers. The successful candidate will execute special or continuous research and data analysis tasks, analyzing problems, determining approaches, compiling and analyzing data, and preparing reports and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Support company operations by maintaining office appearance, efficiency, and supplies - Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or facilitate the efficient operation of the organization - Support Sr Administrative Assistant to execute administrative projects including onsite and offsite meetings and travel arrangements - Perform other duties as assigned - Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics - Understand and comply with Risk Management program requirements, including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to their responsibilities Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 0-2 years' experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, and/or facilities coordinator - Ability to use computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
