Cold Caller Location: Remote (Latin America, Egypt & South Africa) Working Hours: Monday - Friday, US hours Compensation: $1200 - $1500 dependent upon experience Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and polished Cold Caller with real estate sales experience to generate leads and support business development within the commercial real estate sector. The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time initiating outbound calls to sophisticated business owners and high-level executives, supported by structured lead lists and contact data. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling (≈ 66% of time) Engage in outbound calls to business owners of multi-million dollar commercial properties Build interest and generate high-quality leads for the sales pipeline Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently Lead Management & Admin (≈ 33% of time) Manage lead lists using Excel or Google Sheets Conduct lead follow-ups via text/email using provided software Maintain records of conversations and engagement outcomes Support future tasks like dialer uploads, skip tracing, and lead processing (training will be provided) Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (commercial preferred; residential acceptable) Strong sales background with proven cold calling or outbound experience Excellent verbal communication with polished, confident tone English fluency with a neutral accent Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup Comfortable engaging with high-level business professionals Tech & Tools: Dialing software (training provided) Texting/emailing programs Lead and list management tools (Excel, Google Sheets) Location Preference: Latin America South Africa Egypt
