The Associate Director of Product Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the product development functions and processes for a specific solution or set of solutions. The Associate Director will identify customer needs and business objectives, articulate the vision and success criteria, and rally team members to turn that vision into reality. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering - Certified in PMP, ITIL V3, CPIM, or MSCE (nice to have, not must) - Ability to apply platform support and troubleshooting methodologies - Prior experience in product management or business analysis roles - Experience with continuous integration and automated deployment practices - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Responsibilities: - Gathering input from a variety of internal stakeholders and external resources - Acting as the product owner in an agile development process, working daily with user experience designers, visual designers, and software engineers to make strategic and tactical decisions about product functionality, balancing business goals, user needs, scalability, maintainability, time-to-market, and process efficiency - Collaborating with platform and development vendors to provide technical management on delivery of platforms and services - Proposing and managing demand for application work - Defining and managing project and enhancement budgets - Providing VIP support in conjunction with relevant teams - Capturing business and functional requirements and writing precise specifications for development teams - Managing projects through all phases - Serving as the primary contact to the business for systems - Managing product strategy and feature/capability set for business solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
