As a Technical Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on open incidents/issues. - Explore data and identify any discrepancies. - Document, communicate, and analyze data discrepancies. - Knowledge of operational processes (e.g., ITIL). - Identify issues in programming code and provide technical solutions/workarounds. - Effectively articulate findings or results, data trends, and draw conclusions. - Create SQL database queries to verify published data requests, retrieve specific data sets, and results as needed for validation purposes. Requirements: Qualifications and Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent. - Hands-on experience with technologies: Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, Pyspark Python, Snowflake, Kubernetes. - 2-3 years of SQL programming and writing queries. Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with technologies: Hive, Impala, Dbeaver, Kafka, CML, Java. - Healthcare knowledge. Skill Requirements: You will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving and business analytical skills, a strong understanding of complex concepts and processes, and have the initiative to learn and be self-motivated. You should also have strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in Excel, and be a good team player.
