Job Title: Senior Localization Project Manager The ideal candidate will lead operational project management for our team and account management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customer matters - Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationships - Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders - Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors - Deliver solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Prepare reports on account status - Assist with high-priority requests and issue escalations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field - At least 3+ years of work experience as a Project Manager or equivalent experience in the localization & translation industry - Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels - Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) Desired Skills: - Client-focused solution delivery based on customer needs - Project management experience with attention to detail - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Knowledge of life science translation projects required - Linguistic validation knowledge is an asset
