As a Manager HRBP for Engineering, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to shape bold talent strategies and workforce plans. You'll sharpen skills, evolve ways-of-working, and fuel a culture built to deliver world-class CPaaS products. Responsibilities: - Drive energy, insight, and action to every challenge. - Take a consultative, data-driven approach to uncover opportunities. - Use analytics and insights to drive timely, targeted outcomes. - Build high-ROI programs across org design, workforce planning, and culture curation. - Partner closely with COEs to ensure functional talent strategy syncs with cyclical programs. - Lead by example—living and modeling Twilio Magic (values). Qualifications: - 8+ years of HRBP experience and 3+ years partnering with software engineering or product management teams. - Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends. - Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs. - Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. This role will be remote and based in the US. Approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help connect in-person in a meaningful way.
