This role will provide technical assistance to our employees and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT systems. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in basic IT concepts, a passion for technology, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in person. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. - Set up and configure computer workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Install and maintain software applications. - Basic knowledge of networking, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Google Workspace environments. - Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system. - Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff. - Maintain inventory of IT equipment. Qualifications: - Studying information technology or related areas from the second semester onwards. - English proficiency.
