Role Overview Technical Informatics Specialist This role involves collaborating with clients to resolve technical queries and provide support in utilizing the company's portfolio of products. Responsibilities - Respond to client inquiries regarding product usage and troubleshooting. - Assist clients in effectively utilizing the company's solutions, including clinical chemistry, immunology, hematology, automation solutions, and IT services. - Analyze user requirements to develop scalable informatics solutions that enhance diagnostic processes. - Communicate with clients via email, phone, or online to resolve technical issues and recommend suitable products or services. - Apply or develop procedures to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, managing cases effectively. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Bionics, Biomedical, Electro-Mechanical, or Informatics Engineering. - Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. - Ability to manage complex projects and develop innovative solutions. - Travel availability of at least 50%. - Valid passport. Preferred Qualifications - Diploma or experience in IT solutions, including Windows Server and Cisco CCNA certifications. - At least 3 years of experience in Information and Automation Technology. - Portuguese language skills are a plus. - Experience in Technical Support or Digital Health Services, especially in Corelab Diagnostics. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
