Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of a luxury brand, where you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting potential clients with premium venue and beauty services. As a Sales & Appointment Setting Specialist, you’ll manage the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, working with high-value clients seeking exceptional experiences for their special events and personal care needs. You’ll leverage your sales expertise to follow up on strategic marketing campaigns, conduct outbound outreach to hospitality partners, and build relationships that drive revenue growth. This role offers the perfect blend of inbound customer service excellence and proactive sales activities, with opportunities for performance-based incentives and professional development in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Responsibilities: Take incoming phone calls and professionally Book venue tours for prospective event clients Follow up with venue tour attendees to discuss pricing and secure venue bookings Conduct follow-up calls from email marketing campaigns sent to hotels and airport area businesses Perform outbound calling and outreach to potential venue clients Schedule appointments for makeup services and facial treatments Assist with social media management and content (as a bonus skill) Maintain client communication and relationship building throughout the sales process
Requirements: Strong telemarketing and sales experience Excellent phone communication skills and professional phone manner Experience with appointment setting and booking systems Ability to follow up persistently while maintaining professionalism Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) preferred Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems Social media experience is a plus but not required
