This is an ideal role for those interested in the "**_how we work"_** of tech product teams. As the team grows, we must build and maintain scalable processes and strengthen our capacity for accessible documentation repositories. This role is all about identifying gaps, collaborating with your customer (in this case product and engineering team members) for solutions, then making those solutions a reality. Our operations unit is dedicated to making sure our team is supported with functioning workflows and cadences that help us do the work, gather insights for decision making, and report to leadership. **Responsibilities**: In this role, you'll: - Be a Builder: - Leverage tooling (especially Airtable) to ease reporting requirements for Product owners while also providing great dashboarding insights - Ability to navigate tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau) to gather metrics and create dashboards for accessible reporting - Establish processes and automations where possible that streamline reporting requirements for engineering and product leads - Be an Owner: - Lead and facilitate internal and cross-functional meetings and reviews - Work with external Twilio team to understand cross-functional workflows and how to improve them - Understand the business well enough to monitor and triage incoming tickets from Twilio Support, Solutions Engineering, and Sales teams - Be Curious: - Help and seek help from other team members - Gather metrics and contextual insights for reporting to leadership - Be a Positron: - Be on the lookout for process improvements that can ease the burden of product and engineering teams. Collaborate with these groups to establish cadences and connections that foster an open and positive work environment **Qualifications**: **Required**: - Experience with Airtable and Google Drive tooling - Experience with metrics and dashboarding - Effective communication skills including meeting facilitation and clear documentation - Growth Mindset and adaptability in a changing operational environment **Desired**: - Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams - Professional in Project Management (PMP) Certification **Location**: This role will be remote, and based in Colombia **What We Offer**: There are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
