As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle. About the Role: - You will monitor our team's ticketing inbox and respond to employee inquiries on benefits, compensation, etc. - Manage employment verification vendor and complete verification requests in a timely manner. - Provide guidance on policies, programs, and processes to employees and managers. - Ensure accurate employee electronic files and assist with audit requests. Responsibilities: 1. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other life cycle events. 2. Manage our employment verification vendor and complete verification requests. 3. Respond to employee inquiries on benefits, compensation, etc. 4. Assist with creating, documenting, and implementing policies and processes. 5. Maintain team and employee-facing documentation. Requirements: - 1-2 years of Human Resources experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong customer service skills and problem resolution abilities. - Ability to prioritize daily issues, tasks, and projects, and flexibility to change tasks and priorities when necessary.
