You will gain a deep sense of satisfaction knowing that you are helping to create a more efficient and effective healthcare system for all. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide direction and drive to enterprise work streams (real estate, training, telecom technology, human capital, etc.) on all aspects of the business. - Be responsible for programs for the line of service/business for the site. - Handle escalations for external and internal stakeholders. - Negotiate key process change in introduce innovations for cost effective programs. - Change Management - Gain acceptance for ideas, plans, actions by team - by keeping everyone involved in decision making and implement, flawlessly, as a team. - Champion a culture of continuous improvement. **Formal Requirements**: - English & Spanish proficiency - 10+ years of overall experience, cross functional experience in Global sourcing industry with leading organizations - 4+ years’ experience in leading strategic program implementations - Should have experience in key Program Management elements, estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc. - Create work order (scope) and charter as required. - Create and manage project plan, issue log, lessons learned, close document, failure mode and effects analysis (fmea), control plan, etc. - Should have people management experience. - Exposure to Healthcare and/or healthcare operations experience is a plus. - Experience to solution enterprise programs and execute across the organization. - Ability to create and coordinate new proposals to support growth for delivery organization. - Understanding of Organizational policies and procedures for planning and executing large enterprise programs.
