This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with expertise in social media management and a willingness to take on light executive assistant tasks. Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Scheduling Implement and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly social media action plans. Align content with editorial calendars and ongoing marketing initiatives. Schedule and publish posts using HubSpot , ensuring timely distribution. Content Production & Asset Management Create and format social media posts following brand guidelines. Collaborate with the Video Asset Manager to optimize video content. Maintain a shared repository of social media assets for quick retrieval. Engagement & Community Management Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with key industry influencers and partners to boost visibility. Support outreach initiatives to expand brand presence. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze social media performance using HubSpot Analytics and platform insights. Provide weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth. Adjust strategies based on real-time performance monitoring. Video Campaign Management Manage structured social media campaigns for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 videos . Execute promotional efforts, including countdowns, premieres, and follow-ups. Optimize workflows for efficient content rollout. Strategic Goals & Roadmap Short-Term (Q1 2025) : Establish posting schedules, launch Tier 1 campaigns, and organize the asset library. Mid-Term (Q2-Q3 2025) : Expand analytics reporting, develop influencer partnerships, and optimize workflows. Long-Term (Q4 2025) : Evaluate and refine engagement strategies for 2026 growth. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of social media experience , preferably in B2B or tech sectors. Proficiency in HubSpot for scheduling and analytics. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt brand voice. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite for content formatting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
