Lead Organizational Change The Change Management Specialist is responsible for guiding employees and stakeholders through the change process, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems, technologies, or organizational structures while minimizing resistance and disruption. This role involves collaborating with project managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive change in a structured and efficient manner. The Change Management Specialist will work closely with customers to provide expertise and support throughout the change process.
