Job Overview: The Project Coordinator is a key support role working closely with the internal sales team. This position is not client-facing and is primarily responsible for sales back-end processing, order management, and supporting the sales process from quotation to order fulfillment. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities Collaborates closely with the internal sales team to review and qualify new or potential opportunities. Assists in the development of proposals, pricing, product research, and technical order information (e.g., C.O.M. requirements, custom requirements). Produces and follows up on quotations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all order information (e.g., ship-to, bill-to, contract numbers). Reviews CAD specifications as needed to support sales activities. Supports the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and Tenders as required. Participates in internal project handover meetings and bid reviews with internal stakeholders. Initiates service quotes for deliveries, small orders, and major orders as needed. Requirements Has engineering background Excellent communication skills.
