Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role. 2. Bilingual English/Spanish skills. 3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 4. Able to adapt quickly to changing business needs. 5. Able to multitask and work under pressure. 6. Experience in teaching or multicultural environments is an asset. 7. Bachelor's or College degree.
