Job Title: Senior Director, Sales Growth We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our growth initiatives in the Andean region. - Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for money movement solutions. - Nurture relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including financial institutions and fintechs. - Engage with senior executives at banks and other client segments to identify new business opportunities. - Create and implement product propositions tailored to client needs. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline through internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Leading local and in-market sales teams to achieve top priority sales initiatives. - Collaborating with commercialization and finance business partners to structure complex deals. - Supporting Visa Direct Ecosystem Readiness and Product Management teams with product communications and implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: - A minimum of 15 years of sales and account management experience in the banking and payments industry. - Leadership experience with high-performance sales and account management teams. - Knowledge of SWIFT cross-border payments concepts and transaction banking in the cross-border payments space. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to clients. - Demonstrated success in driving account growth acceleration and thought leadership in innovation and differentiation.
