As a Solution Engineer, you'll present product offerings and architecture to prospects and customers, evoking confidence in our technology infrastructure and removing technical objections in the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customer needs and establishing Salesforce's product as the best solution. - Building and presenting customized demos of Salesforce products. - Conveying deep knowledge of the customer's technology as it pertains to Salesforce's solutions. - Attaining quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management. - Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region. The ideal candidate has experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, or Customer Success. You should have solid presentation and communication skills, established and experienced pre-sales professionals, and knowledge of related applications, relational database, and web technology.
