Experience and Background: - Handling issue resolution, general service delivery concerns, escalation management. - 2+ years of experience in operations roles, invoicing, and reporting (SLA and other operational metrics). - Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; excellent skills in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel. - Ability to interact effectively with internal clients via phone and email. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with financial concepts. - Strong analytical and procedural skills with a systematic approach to problem solving. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent. For Brazil, Portuguese language skills are necessary; at least two of the three required personnel should have this skill.
