Business Development Specialist Opportunity in Latin America - Brasilian Market About the Role HubSpot is seeking a Business Development Specialist (internally BDR) to join our highly successful Latin America - Brasilian Market sales team. This role is based in Colombia and requires fluency in both Portuguese and English. Responsibilities - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to engage leads - Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and schedule qualified leads for follow-up discovery meetings with account executives - Work closely with an Account Executive to identify potential customers and develop targeted strategies for outbound prospecting - Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for outbound prospecting efforts Requirements - Native language fluency in Portuguese and English - Experience working in the Brazilian market - Excitement about career growth in tech sales and developing into a future account executive on the HubSpot Sales team - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about succeeding in a metric-driven sales role - Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in written format - Ability to make daily cold calls and spend time on the phone and email - Desire to learn new things and take ownership of coaching from peers and managers - Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. What We Offer We offer competitive cash compensation, a fast-paced and challenging environment, and opportunities for career growth and development.
