As a **Back Office Specialist**, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's administrative and accounting processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Process billing invoices accurately and efficiently using accounting software. - Verify billing data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. - Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner. - Reconcile billing statements and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies. - Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing and invoicing procedures. - Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for billing documents. - Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Detail-oriented. - Energetic and positive attitude. - Open to feedback. - Recursive and decisive. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**: High school degree is** required.** Desirable studies (but not required) in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. - **Experience**: Desirable experience with billing. Having experience in customer service, administrative tasks, back office, or any other related would be a plus. - **Language**: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. **Perks**: - **Schedule**:Monday to Friday,** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**, following the American Calendar. - **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits. - **Location**: Only for **Medellín**.
