As a Breakfast Category Director for the Pacific Region, you will lead manage and oversee the entire portfolio of products or services within the breakfast category. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, market insight, product development, and leadership skills to drive category growth, innovation, and profitability. You will be responsible of maximize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies : aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives. **Conduct market research and analysis**: to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the category. **Lead the product development process**: from concept to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and comply with industry regulations. **Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams**: to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies. Manage the category P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, to achieve financial targets. **Foster strong relationships**: with key suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure a competitive and innovative product offering. Also is important to ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards within the category. **Monitor and analyze competitive activity**: adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain market leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and other category team members. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS **Required**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, brand management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading category growth. Deep knowledge of the [specific category] market, including trends, technologies, and key competitors. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management.
