We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor to join our team in the area of Business Administration. The successful candidate will have completed all PhD requirements by December 2025 and will be expected to contribute to teaching, research, and service within the department. - Teaching: The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Administration, including Finance, Strategy, International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management. - Research: The Assistant Professor is expected to engage in scholarly activities that advance the field of Business Administration and contribute to the university's research mission. - Service: The Assistant Professor will participate in departmental and university service, including committee work, advising students, and contributing to the development of academic programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong research agenda, and the ability to teach effectively in a diverse student population.
