Description and Requirements The BDM for Visuals & Accessories (Consumer & E-Commerce) is responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for Lenovo's Visuals & Accessories portfolio (e.g., monitors, peripherals, smart devices) in the assigned region, with a strong focus on the B2C and e-commerce channels. This role combines strategic planning, product expertise, and sales enablement to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and strengthen Lenovo's leadership in the consumer tech space. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Own and execute the sales plan for Visuals & Accessories (V&A;) across consumer and e-commerce routes to market, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities (e.g., new retailers, online platforms, partnerships) to drive penetration in the B2C segment. Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement pricing, promotions, and channel-specific initiatives to maximize sell-through and profitability. Product Expertise: Serve as the regional SME (subject-matter expert) for Lenovo's V&A; portfolio, providing training and enablement to sales teams and partners. E-Commerce Optimization: Collaborate with digital teams to enhance product visibility, content, and performance on key online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Lenovo.com, retail marketplaces). Performance Analytics: Monitor sales KPIs, inventory levels, and market trends to adjust tactics and report on progress to stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus. 5+ years in sales/business development, preferably in consumer electronics, accessories, or e-commerce. Proven track record in B2C sales, partner management, and e-commerce growth. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
