Join us on our mission to create life-changing interactions between humans and online services with new and unseen solutions. **Job Description**: This role will support our legal team in reviewing the commercial contracts as with the commercials as with the clients, while having outstanding negotiation skills and an advanced English level. **Qualifications**: **You Know You're Doing Your Job Well When** - Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding legal operations within the LATAM Region (Colombia and Latam) - Researching different law sources; - Drafting and reviewing contract templates and other documents related to company business; - Support to the internal sales’ and other departments during the negotiation phase; - Research on legislation where the company intends to expand its business - Providing legal advice to internal stakeholders; - Effective risk management techniques and proactivity in advising on possible legal issues. **More about you**: - Have experience in reviewing commercial contracts and is knowledgeable in Commercial law. - Has outstanding negotiation skills. - Has an advanced English level. - Preferrable Lawyer.
