As Junior HR Analyst you will be part of the Colombian HR department, contribuiting mainly with recruitment and also with other duties related to talent management. The Junior HR analyst acts as point of contact for HR related issues within the Bogota office, being the secondary executor of the whole recruitment process cycle fulfilling the organization needs with efficiency and quality.
