You will oversee all sales and marketing activities and events to drive sales and increase market share. **This position reports to**: Marketing & Sales Manager **Your responsibilities**: - Developing and executing the annual marketing plan with electrification sales leaders, focusing on business development. - Coordinating market studies with the Product Marketing and Sales team, defining appropriate forecasts and business/marketing plans. - Regular reviews of marketing activities and implementation of improvement plans to achieve business targets. - Evaluating and disseminating customer research, market conditions and studies of competitors. - Delivering product information, providing training (technical and sales) for the sales team, and driving sales efficiency. - Working with HR management to ensure that the product marketing is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. **Your background**: - 10 years of experience in related or similar positions, high seniority level managing team and in previous positions in leadership, working as product marketing manager or similar, with electrification products. - Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy. - Management of a team in charge different disciplines and also advanced financial skills. - Experience in managing the business, products and solutions in medium voltage, with responsibility for Profit. - Knowledge and experience of Electric systems, documentation, and layouts. - A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills, as well as relationship-building skills. - A Bachelor´s degree in Electrical engineering, Electronic engineering and automation. - Advanced English level is required. - Availability to travel. **More about us**:
