Ability to work independently and deliver multiple projects and support activities with minimal supervision. Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs. Assesses existing systems, technologies, and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Conducts feasibility studies and recommends appropriate solutions to address business challenges. Informs the requestor of the cost and time estimate. Develops comprehensive solution designs, considering both technical and business aspects. Ensures alignment with organizational goals, standards, and best practices. Coordinates with development teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration of new solutions with existing systems. Participates in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Creates detailed technical documentation, including system architecture, requirements specifications, user guides, and training materials. Engages with business users, IT teams, and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions. Participates in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management. Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and optimize business outcomes. Supports Product Lifecycle Management (Concepts through ongoing Run & Maintain) working together with the Solution Architect, the markets, and several internal and external technology teams in a matrixed setup.
