We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to streamline workflows, manage documentation, and improve communication so our project managers can focus on what they do best: driving successful projects. Role Overview As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide critical operational and administrative support to our project management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a background in construction administration. You’ll ensure smooth processes across documentation, subcontractor communication, and project tracking. Key Responsibilities Manage document control and filing , including organizing bid proposals, submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation. Maintain and update project logs and trackers (submittal log, RFI log, etc.). Coordinate communication with subcontractors and vendors, sending reminders and following up on outstanding items. Assist project managers with drafting basic RFIs and supporting documents. Manage project platforms such as Procore, Building Connected, and SharePoint . Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes. Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to maximize the efficiency of the project management team. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) . Experience with construction management platforms (Procore, Building Connected, or SharePoint) strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
