Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement local growth strategies, including geo-expansion and unit economics management. - Drive go-to-market initiatives tailored to Colombia's context, with full accountability for adoption and ROI. - Build and manage high-impact relationships with local fleets, enterprises, and regulatory stakeholders. - Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to localize and pilot initiatives with measurable business impact. - Proactively monitor KPIs and optimize processes and performance across the board. Requirements: - A resilient self-starter who pushes through challenges until goals are achieved. - 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles (tech, mobility, or logistics preferred). - Strong analytical mindset with data analysis skills (SQL proficiency is a plus). - Execution-first mindset: proven ability to deliver results. - High autonomy: self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
