As a **Logistics Coordinator**, you will be in charge of supporting the operation, from truck search, cargo coverage, tracking and tracing, to back office tasks. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: **Track and trace all shipments as needed from origin to destination** - Request driver and load information. - Make sure drivers are tracking at least 2 hours prior to the pickup time. - Update the location of loads in transit every three to four hours. - Make sure the drivers are on time for their pickup/delivery appointments and report any delays. - Correct use of tracking portals and tracking apps (FourKites, Project44, Trucker Tools). - Assist drivers and carriers on troubleshooting with these apps to ensure tracking visibility on all loads. - Request the PODs once a load has been completed. **Invoicing responsibilities** - Request missing PODs for loads. - Make sure the charges on the invoices match the charges in the load. - Research discrepancies and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members. - Review the requirements for each customer prior to invoicing. - Look in Vendor Invoices-Audit Hold for ones we need to request from Costco. - Review past due invoices and contact customer regarding payment. - Research any billing disputes (Short payments, non-payments) ask Jim or Mia for help on resolving those as needed. - Obtain specifics in terms of when to expect payment and follow up. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Ability to work independently. - Attention to Detail - Proactive. - Able to work with other cultures. **Minimum requirements**: - ** Studies**: High School Degree or preferable bachelor´s degree on International Business or logistics related career path. - **Experience**: at least 6 months of experience in Back office, Customer Service or Accounting experience. - **Language**: Advanced English skills.
