We are seeking an accomplished logistics professional to spearhead our freight brokerage operations. Main Responsibilities: - Manage the entire logistics process, from quote to delivery, including carrier negotiation and capacity procurement. - Leverage existing customer relationships and carrier partnerships to drive immediate revenue growth. - Maintain strong communication with shippers and carriers to ensure on-time, cost-effective transportation solutions. - Provide competitive quotes across various freight types, lanes, and regions. - Transition your book of business into our system seamlessly and activate customer and carrier partnerships from day one. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of accounts and efficient freight movement. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of U.S. freight brokerage experience. - Demonstrated success in quoting, booking, and managing truckload freight. - Strong negotiation skills with both shippers and carriers. - An active book of business (customer accounts and/or carrier network) that can be transitioned immediately. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a results-driven mindset.
