**Job Overview**: **Sell2Rent is revolutionizing Real Estate by creating a platform that empowers homeowners to sell their homes (and stay in them as renters) to investors who want to acquire those properties.** **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. - Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate sales professionals regarding products and sales techniques. - Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth. - Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence. **Qualifications**: - Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. - Proven ability to position products against competitors. - Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. - Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Spanish and English. - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. **Benefits** - Long-term opportunity. - Flexible schedule. - 100% Remote. - Start-up work environment.
