About the Role As a key driver for Business Unit planning, reporting and analysis activities, you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of insightful management and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial planning skills, including experience with financial modeling, and a proven track record in developing and delivering balanced scorecard reporting. Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and deliver a comprehensive financial planning process that meets stakeholder requirements, supporting the delivery of operational and strategic goals. - Analyze potential Corporate, Business Unit and supporting Function performance gaps, providing transparency on the success of actions taken within the Business and highlighting areas where course correction is required. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the defined planning, reporting and analysis is delivered efficiently and effectively. - Champion a strategic planning framework to guide the planning process and assist the business in developing its strategy. - Deliver on the production of annual budgets and financial forecasts, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Provide proactive and reactive analytical support to stakeholders as required. About You We are seeking a natural communicator and motivator who is ready to help the team, resilient and adaptable to change. Required Competencies - FP&A; and/or controlling experience, including some financial modeling - Previous planning, reporting and analysis experience in FP&A;, Controlling or Accounting positions (essential) – 2 to 8 years - Previous Shared Service Center experience or Multinational company environment (desired) - Power BI or other BI experience - Hyperion or Essbase is an advantage - SAP, Oracle, Navision or other similar ERP - Systems driven and taste for automation and continuous improvement - Matrix team management. - Making proposals which apply data and business intelligence. Qualifications/ Education - Management, Accounting or any other Finance Degree - Post graduation or Master's degree in finance (plus) - Minimum C1 english level (required) Working Conditions - Hybrid working – 1 day per week in the office driven by business requirements.
