We are seeking a professional to support our clients in financial processes and operations. Key Responsibilities - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient support in financial processes. - Manage and track financial inquiries, issues, and requests through tickets and calls. - Generate reports on critical cases to prioritize resolution. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of functional and financial requirements, user stories, and use cases. - Translate financial concepts into clear information for non-technical stakeholders. - Analyze and identify discrepancies in financial processes and current systems. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of financial solutions in ERP systems. - Conduct quality assurance testing on financial system functionalities. Mandatory Qualifications - Degree in Accounting or related field. - Minimum of 6 months of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial support. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. - Knowledge of financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
