Responsibilities: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, with a strong technical acumen, you will be responsible for recruiting top-tier tech talent. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.). - Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position. - Source qualified candidates through various channels. - Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit. - Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs. - Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy.
