We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Latin American expansion as Head of Sales and Retention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, retention, and long-term value. Based in Bogotá, Colombia, or Cyprus with frequent travel, you will oversee the customer lifecycle from onboarding to long-term engagement. You will develop and implement strategies for client acquisition, retention, and upselling to drive business growth. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a high-energy culture emphasizing performance and client satisfaction. You will provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members and build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or retention, preferably in the FX industry. You must be fluent in Spanish and have good English knowledge (written and spoken). Knowledge of Forex market dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements is also essential.
