Engineering Sr Analyst We are looking for an experienced Engineering Sr Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer experience through fully understanding their requirements and working collaboratively with technical architects, project management, and development teams to develop and implement solutions. The successful candidate will be a strong advocate for the quality of our services, leveraging and/or integrating new QA products/technologies, and providing mentorship to junior engineers within the company. - Coordinating with the development team to identify potential issues in the design or development process that may impact the final product. - Validating data quality, model performance, and system functionality throughout all phases of the solution lifecycle. - Developing and executing test plans to ensure solution accuracy, reliability, and alignment with defined business and technical requirements. - Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities. - Contributing to architecture and design activities. - Evaluating business needs and objectives. - Seeking alternative technology solutions to problems. - Exploring ways to enhance data quality and reliability. Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or similar role. - Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, IT, or related field. - English level B2 or higher. - Deep understanding of at least one object-oriented programming library (preferably Python). - Strong SQL skills and good knowledge of SQL-based data warehouses and relational databases. - Intermediate or higher proficiency in PySpark. - General interest in technology with ability to learn and adapt to new tools and evolving requirements. - Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, and Key Vault.
