The payroll analyst will be responsible for assisting the payroll operations team with daily tasks. Key Responsibilities - Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader knowledge. - Support day-to-day payroll activities within the payroll operations team, including preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll, ROEs, and tax forms using SAP Payroll System. - Assist with payroll-related investigations escalated through HR Service - Case Management system. - Lead claims process through report execution, audits, and employee email communication. - Ensure all payroll data processing complies with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Dimensions - Support Canadian payroll activities and processes. - Maintain integrity of payroll data. - Operate systems: WorkForce Software, SAP, EC. - Meet established SLAs. - Handle significant volume of transactions. Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. - 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (desired). - Technical or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
