As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients. You'll build genuine relationships with clients, identify pain points, provide solutions, and recognize opportunities for growth and revenue generation. Your Role - Manage high-volume accounts in SMB/MM or ENT segments. - Identify and flag risks that lead to customer churn. - Collect product and operational feedback from clients and share it with relevant internal stakeholders. - Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
