Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines. - Keep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross-contamination. - Prepare all mis-en-place for relevant menus. - Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships. - Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues. Requirements: - Positive attitude and strong communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. - Previous kitchen experience in a similar role is advantageous. - Basic food hygiene knowledge is required.
