We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Field Supervisor to lead our teams in Travel Retail points of sale across Central America and North South America. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for executing account strategies to drive sellout growth and consumer experience through efficient sales team and POS management. Your mission will be to ensure perfect execution, provide information to the commercial management team, and discover and communicate business opportunities in your area. Key Responsibilities: - Manage team members assigned to our brands per door/retailer - Define monthly sell-out targets and min/max stock levels - Collect sell-out feedback and monitor retailer's invoices on sales teams - Conduct regular tracking of competition and maintain a multicultural awareness - Create team building activities, transmit business strategies, and educate on grooming guidelines - Analyze and report POS/Airport data to support optimal account management Requirements: - 4-5 years of experience in similar functions or related activities with a focus on driving sales, brand, and/or consumer experience - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar discipline - Excellent command of Spanish and English, both verbally and in written - Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills - High organization, time management, and priority setting skills - Able to travel extensively (50% of the time) internationally About Us: - An entrepreneurial, creative, and welcoming work culture - A range of learning and development opportunities - An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow - A competitive compensation and benefits package Job Details: - Seniority level: Mid-Senior level - Employment type: Full-time - Job function: Business Development - Industries: Manufacturing, Personal Care Product Manufacturing, and Retail
