Key Roles and Responsibilities: Job Description The position is a strategic partner to the sales team, ensuring goal achievement through data analysis and process optimization. The role tracks opportunities and demand for accurate forecasting, monitors results against targets through regular reviews and data analysis. - Track pipeline and forecast management to ensure accurate, up-to-date forecasting. - Monitor performance control by regularly reviewing (MBR/QBR) and analyzing data. - Improve process optimization by continuously improving the sales operating model, adopting AI technologies, and providing audit support. In addition, this role provides sales support by guiding the team through the end-to-end sales process and ensuring access to key information. It also audits and validates CRM data, addresses operational risks, and ensures accurate billing. Required Skills and Qualifications To excel in this role, one must have proficiency in data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
