Position: Patient Operations & Admin Specialist with AI Expertise Location: Remote – Latin America (preference for Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia) Schedule: 4+ hour overlap with U.S. Pacific Time required Compensation: $1,400 – $2,000/month (contract) + stock options from Day 1 Equity: Stock options from Day 1 Why This Role Matters Rising call volumes are leading to missed follow-ups and operational bottlenecks. In just one recent month, 41 patients never received the follow-up they were promised. We need a reliable, detail-oriented operations specialist to: Ensure every intake turns into a successful care relationship Unclog administrative delays like insurance verification and scheduling Keep data clean and processes running efficiently for patient advocates What You’ll Do: Patient Coordination (50%) Call back missed intakes and reassure anxious seniors Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers Document updates in healthcare systems (e.g. Healthie) Process and Data Hygiene (25%) Maintain accurate eligibility and insurance lists Pre-verify insurance in batches Identify and fix broken forms, automations, or workflows Advocate Enablement (15%) Prep agendas and reminders for advocates Surface critical data or messages that need attention Maintain dashboards and metrics Continuous Improvement (10%) Spot issues causing patient drop-offs Co-design trackers and test AI prompts to speed up documentation Suggest and test operational improvements You Might Be a Great Fit If: You’re a clear, confident communicator in English (spoken and written) You can explain complex things simply—especially to seniors You’re organized, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments You’ve used tools like Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, and are curious about AI-powered shortcuts You solve problems before they escalate and enjoy refining processes Bonus if you have experience in healthcare operations or caregiving
